Trust is earned through professionalism, discretion, good judgment, and consistency. When you hire a photographer to enter a private home, active construction site, commercial property, school, business, or secure facility, you are trusting that person with considerably more than a camera. You are trusting them to respect the space, work appropriately around people and schedules, understand the importance of the project, and represent your work professionally.
Over the years, I have been granted access to private homes, businesses, and highly secure facilities, often working alone, after hours, or in sensitive locations. Clients and organizations have trusted me with gate codes, lock boxes, security systems, restricted areas, and other forms of controlled access.
That experience has taught me that professional access is a responsibility. I understand the importance of following instructions, respecting boundaries, protecting the property and information entrusted to me, and leaving a space as I found it.
My assignments have included secure municipal and law enforcement locations, controlled military environments, secure aviation facilities, and emergency services training sites. Some of these environments have strict requirements regarding access, photography, personnel, and conduct, and cameras are rarely permitted in certain facilities.
These assignments have required me to work within established protocols and understand that every location has its own expectations. That same respect for procedures carries over to private residences, commercial properties, construction sites, schools, and occupied businesses.
To support these assignments, I have completed a range of background checks and screening processes, including government clearance for work at military facilities overseas, RealPage, Sterling Backcheck, and other local and national screening requirements.
Examples include:
These experiences are not presented as a collection of credentials for their own sake. They demonstrate a history of being entrusted with environments where appropriate conduct, screening, discretion, and responsibility matter.
Trust also develops through the everyday experience of working together. Clients rely on me to communicate clearly, respect their schedules and properties, work appropriately around other people, and treat their projects with the level of care they deserve.
Over the years, many clients have returned for multiple photography projects, sometimes across different locations and over several years. Those continuing relationships are among the strongest evidence of trust I can offer. They reflect not just access to a property, but confidence in the person being invited back to represent the client's work.
My experience also includes complex commercial assignments, multiple locations, active construction environments, private residences, and projects involving numerous stakeholders. Regardless of the size or setting, I understand that I am representing both my own business and the client who has asked me to be there.
Wherever I am hired, I follow established protocols, respect boundaries, communicate appropriately, and carry myself with quiet professionalism. I am a guest on every assignment, and your trust is my responsibility.
Trust is not something I consider earned once and then taken for granted. It is something I bring into every assignment and work to maintain throughout the relationship.
To those I have worked with, thank you.
To those I have not yet had the opportunity to work with, I look forward to earning your trust.
